Walsh Overnight Retreat
Relax + Cabin + games + smores + #realtalk = Awesome! Our Walsh Overnight has become one of the most anticipated events of Walsh Hall thanks to six years of success. The Walsh Overnight, as described by many loving attendees, is like a mix of a super chill retreat and a fun camp. Our main goal is to create a comfortable space for Walshies to explore themes of courage and community while relaxing and making good memories. We want an open environment where they can chat and connect with each other, eat their weight in snacks, learn about themselves, their friendships, and their spiritual journey--no matter what it is or what it looks like. #allarewelcome. #inclusion.

2022 Theme: Our theme this year is ……. EXPLORE! After such a difficult year and a half, it can be tempting to place a high value on certainty. But certainty doesn't lead to learning, growth, or change. We want to invite Walshies to lessen the need for certainty and to explore the fruits of authenticity. This year, we are inviting all Walshies to explore what makes up their identities, explore how they can deepen their spirituality, and explore how they can embrace their relationship with our Walsh community.
Speakers: Cheyenne Gonzalez, junior ("Mapping the Landscape"), sophomore Charity McDowell ("Braving the Unknown), senior Mags Roccato ("Fueled by Love"). Come listen to them speak about how they explore their relationships with themselves, God, and others!
So come with us on the Walsh 2022 Overnight retreat, explore within yourself how you want to deepen your life from this point on, and enjoy authentic community with other Walshies doing the same [Former Themes: Courage (2015), Embrace (2016), Rooted (2017), Restore (2018), Flourish (2019), Deepen (Sp. 2020), Illuminate (F. 2020)]
